What is Entrepreneurship ??

Entrepreneurship is the act of creating a business or businesses while building and scaling it to generate a profit.  It’s about building a life on your own terms, staying committed to your goals beyond your feelings of excitement. Stay the course and keep your “why” in mind.”

Robert Kiyosaki, the world's financial expert has challenged and changed the ways ten  of million of people around the world think about financial freedom.  He divided the temperaments based on which people earn in life into 4 parts or quadrants.

Quadrant One: Employee "Work for someone"

The first two quadrants -- the Es and Ss -- are people who are largely dependent on their jobs for their livelihood and would be in serious financial trouble if that company were to go under or if they lost their job.

Quadrant Two: Self-Employed "The Solopreneur"

Only slightly-better-off than employees are the self-employed, who work for themselves, more time to devote to their own projects but still are at the mercy of their clients.

Quadrant Three: Business Owner "Concious Capitalism"

The third quadrant is composed of business owners, those who have taken their skills as self-employed people and transformed them into running their own enterprises.

Quadrant Four: Investor (Require cash flow first)

Investors, those in the fourth quadrant, are at the highest level of financial security and financial freedom, according to Kiyosaki. Investors are those who take what they earn and invest it in real estate, savings, bonds and other forms of dividend-producing assets.

So it is obvious that most of us want to be under Quadrant B ie Business Owner or be your own Boss to be successful and enjoy financial freedom in life.

Another typical example of Own Business model is Franchising where large capital are required to run the business ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.  Many people are unable to fork out this big lump sum of money.

The best part about working for others is you will get your salary at the end of the month for doing the same job every month or by just doing nothing.

The worst part is when you are ask to leave or resign when you are redundant half way your employment. So the best choice is to be your own boss.
